中文摘要: 本项目拟将光学和图形图像学相结合,提炼出能解释煤浆表观特性的基础理论。引入智能优化算法,建立煤浆灰分与煤浆图像灰度特征之间的关系模型,形成煤浆灰分的在线软测量方法。项目研究以下内容:煤浆表观特性与其光学特性关系的机理研究;煤浆性质和图像采集的环境因素对煤浆图像的灰度影响;图像的预处理和图像特征的提取算法研究以及在线图像采集装置和煤浆灰分软测量模型的研究。结合上述研究结论,优化软测量模型的参数,开发煤浆灰分在线检测传感器,实现煤泥浮选过程中煤浆灰分的实时、安全、准确检测,为煤泥浮选过程自动化提供有效的煤浆灰分检测设备。

英文摘要: The project intends to combine optics and iconography innovatively to extract the basic theory that explain the coal slurry apparent characteristics.It introduces the intelligent optimization algorithm, models the coal slurry ash constitutive relationship of image gray feature of coal slurry and forms the method for online soft sensor of coal slurry ash.The project mainly includes followings: mechanisms of the relationship between coal slurry apparent characteristics and optical properties, effects of the coal slurry characteristics and environmental factors of image capturing on image gray of coal slurry, image preprocessing,studys on the algorithm of extracting the image characteristics,online image capturing device and models of soft sensor of coal slurry ash.To sum up,it will optimize the soft sensor model parameters,develop the online coal slurry ash detecting equipment , implement the real-time, safe and accurate coal slurry ash detection in slime floatation and provide effective detecting ash device for slime floatation automation.
