中文摘要: 本项目针对电液协同驱动模式与驱动精度之间难以具体描述的相关性技术难题,提出一种集机构设计、动力学分析、协同控制、混合仿真建模于一体的相关性研究新思路。引入多体动力学、多领域仿真建模理论,研究不同协同驱动机构设计对包括位移、速度跟踪等协同驱动精度影响的理论模型;根据基于定量反馈控制理论、控制分配理论的协同控制策略和非线性扰动抑制策略可以有效地补偿协同驱动各通道间的具体性能差异,将其应用于协同驱动控制模式的优化设计过程,研究不同协同驱动控制模式对驱动精度的影响;最终建立起电液协同驱动模式与驱动精度之间相关性的理论体系。 本项目的研究将为解决电液协同驱动模式与驱动精度的相关性具体描述奠定必要的理论和技术基础,同时对拓展电液伺服系统应用,提高电液协同驱动系统的精度和效率都有着重要的理论价值和实际意义。

英文摘要: According to the inenarrable relationship of drive pattern and accuarcy in electro-hydraulic synchro system,a new methode integrated with organizational design,dynamic analysis,synchro control and mixed simulink modeling was presented. The methode introduced multibody dynamics and multi-field simulink modeling thoery to research the relativity of synchronization accuarcy(displacement,speed,etc) and different driving organizational designs;based on synchro control approach with quantitative feedback theory and control allocation theory can effectively compensate the differences between all channels of synchronzied motion, the method will employ this control approach to optimize the synchro control pattern design, and investigate the relativity of different control patterns and dirve accuarcy;at last, the new theory system about the relationship of dirve pattern and accuarcy will be established. This research can provid the necessary foundation of theory and technology to solve enarrable relationship in electro-hydraulic synchro system.Further more,the research can extend the applications of eletro-hydraulic system, and has very important significance on theory and practical application to improving accuracy and efficiency of electro-hydraulic synchro system.
