中文摘要: 氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide, GO)对细菌的杀菌活性及机制的发现,引起了各界学者的广泛关注,但 GO对真菌的杀菌活性及机制的研究还处于初步阶段。课题组在前期研究中发现GO能有效的抑制植物病原真菌禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum )孢子萌发和菌丝的生物产量,但杀菌机制尚不明确。本项目拟在前期研究的基础上,以GO对F. graminearum孢子萌发及菌丝生物产量的影响为切入点,从生理生化、微观结构及分子水平探究菌体对GO的响应机制,并明确GO在菌体内部的作用位点和杀菌的分子机制。本项目的实施将填补GO对真菌杀菌活性及机制的研究空白,为植物病原真菌性病害及其他真菌性病原微生物的防控提供理论依据。

英文摘要: The antibacterial activity and molecular mechanisms of graphene oxide (GO) has aroused widespread interest among researchers in the world. However, most studies are focused on the antibacterial effect of GO on bacteria, and relative few reports are available about its antifungal effect and action mode on fungal pathogens. Our research group confirmed that GO showed superior antifungal activity against an important plant pathogenic fungi Fusarium graminearum (F. graminearum), but its underlying molecular mechanisms remain unknown. The main objective of the proposal is to determine if GO presents any real molecular mechanisms against F. graminearum. The physiological, biochemical, molecular responses and ultra-structural changes in the morphology of fungi will be investigated in detail. The possible acting sites and molecular mechanism of GO aginst F. graminearum will be explored. The findings of the project may offer new insights and references for controlling plant fungal pathogen or other pathogenic fungus.
