中文摘要: 合作伙伴作为供应链的重要组成部分,直接关系着供应链的绿色性。同时,合作伙伴对绿色供应链经济目标和环境目标的实现也有着重大影响。因此,对潜在伙伴进行科学的评价,并确定最优供给关系成为绿色供应链构建的关键问题之一。尽管关于一般供应链伙伴选择问题的研究已较为丰富,但专门针对绿色供应链伙伴选择的系统研究尚待进一步深入。本研究从绿色供应链生命周期的视角,对绿色供应链伙伴选择问题进行细致研究,提出面向绿色供应链生命周期的伙伴选择动态反馈概念模型。该概念模型将绿色供应链伙伴选择划分为:评价指标体系构建,伙伴筛选分类,伙伴选定与订单分配,决策反馈与学习进化四个阶段。在此框架下,针对不同阶段的决策要求,分别建立相应的决策子模型;综合采用商业数据和经典算例,仿真绿色供应链伙伴选择决策全过程,验证所构建的理论模型。本研究有助于拓展和完善绿色供应链伙伴选择理论体系,提高伙伴选择的决策质量,改善绿色供应链的绩效。

英文摘要: This research aims to develop a decision-making framework for partner selection in green supply chains (GSC). A GSC is one that seeks to minimise the environmental impact of the whole supply chain. The evaluation and selection of the most appropriate combination of partners is an essential part of the process of construction of a GSC. Whilst much is known about the supply chain partner selection process in general, there remains a gap in the academic literature concerning partner selection in GSCs. This research aims to address this gap by adopting a lifecycle perspective, and thereby proposing a dynamic feedback model for partner selection in GSCs. The approach taken divides the process of partner selection in GSC into four phases: (1) formation of evaluation criteria, (2) classification and filtration, (3) final selection and lot-sizing, and (4) feedback and evolution. Accordingly, the research will build appropriate decision-making models in order to meet the specific and differing requirements in each of these four phases. By using business data as well as classic examples, the research plans to simulate the whole decision-making processes and thereby validate each of the proposed models.
