中文摘要: 本项目围绕着供应链中生产计划、多级存储与运输作业的协同调度问题,以在操作层次上实现三者的协同调度管理为基本方向,以多种建模方法和求解策略为研究对象,通过对带有多级存储的供应链系统的研究,建立多种贴近实际情况的单级供应链中生产、存储和运输协同调度模型;通过研究企业间不同交货期冲突的处理机制,将单级供应链协同调度模型根据供应链的拓扑结构扩展至多级供应链;从数学或计算角度论证模型的复杂度;通过对已有调度方法的改进建立适合本项目的求解方法,并通过对超启发式算法构造、搜索规律提取和重用性的研究,建立可行、有效、跨问题能力较强的超启发式求解算法。最后构建仿真平台验证上述理论与方法,并对所得协同策略作出评价。本项目目标是通过上述研究最终实现供应链上生产、存储和运输活动的协同调度,有效消减供应链运营成本,减少资源闲置与浪费,创造竞争的成本优势,消除供应链上由于不协调造成的薄弱环节,实现供应链的总体平衡。

英文摘要: This research focuses on the integrated scheduling of production, multi-level inventories and transportation in the supply chain system through various modeling methods and solving strategies. The research contents include constructing multiple integrated scheduling models reflecting the practical situation through the investigation of supply-link systems; extending the supply-link integrated scheduling models to supply chain situations according to the their corresponding topostructures; analyzing the complexities of these constructed models from both mathematical and numerical aspects; constructing the suitable efficient solving methods for the problems by improving and modifying the existed various solving methods, and the feasible, efficient and cross-problem hyper heuristic solving methods through research on the structure, searching rule and reusability of the hyper heuristic. At last, this project will design a simulation platform to verify the above models and solving methods, and evaluate the obtained coordinated schedules based on several pre-specified objectives.
