中文摘要: 以产品全生命周期为跨度,以供应链环境中涉及的各种复杂信息系统(IS,Information System)为对象,实现对物理数据库中概念模型形式的碳足迹知识进行提取;同时,提出IS概念元模型的构建方法。通过专家参与来丰富IS概念元模型,进行知识注入,获得用于产品碳足迹分析所需数据并拓展数据的相关语义;采用面向事实的建模方法,将IS概念元模型中的属性转换为实体和关系,获得IS语义模型以及和计算碳足迹有关的知识单元。构建一个供应链环境下的面向产品全生命周期相关数据的通用的碳足迹分析本体,完成IS语义模型和碳足迹本体之间的语义映射关系,计算产品碳足迹,实现基于语义网的产品碳足迹分析过程,进而以产品全生命周期中低碳为目标,开发一个面向产品全生命周期的供应链环境下碳足迹模型化原型系统,并将其与具体企业运作过程联系起来,推动可持续设计与制造技术在我国制造企业中的应用。

英文摘要: Take product lifecycle as the span of carbon footprint analysis, all kinds of complex Information System(IS) as objects, and then carry out the carbon footprint knowledge extraction according to the concept model format in physical database. Put forward construction method of IS concept element model. Input knowledge and obtain related semantics for analyzing product carbon footprint, as well as expand them based on the expert participation. Through making use of fact-oriented modeling method, transform attribute of IS concept element model into entity and relationship, and obtain IS semantics model and knowledge unit for computing carbon footprint. Bulid a carbon footprint analysis body, which is related to product lifecycle in supply chain environment, and then complete the semantics mapping between IS semantics model and carbon footprint body.Compute the values in product carbon footprint to analyze product carbon footprint based on its semantics network, and then take the minimum carbon cost in the product lifecycle as the aim, and develop a prototype system for modeling product lifecycle carbon footprint in supply chain environment. Using the prototype system in some manufacturing enterprises, which will promote the overall application of sustainable design and manufacturing technology in China manufacturing enterprises.
