中文摘要: 大尺寸薄壁物体的高精度和大数据密度的三维测量与建模不仅在三维数字化测量与造型的理论与技术方面具有重要的学术价值,而且在工程上具有广泛的应用前景。本项目针对大尺寸薄壁物体的三维数字化测量与建模的关键问题开展如下研究:建立以多节点三维传感器为基础的光学测量网络,其中涉及光学测量网络的规划、大尺寸测量空间标定基准参照物的建立方法、整体测量网络及节点传感器的三维标定理论与技术、多传感器的数据匹配与融合的理论与技术、以及测量误差分析与补偿的理论与技术等。上述研究不仅可以极大地丰富三维数字成像与建模的内容,而且对于诸如大型坩埚、油罐、汽车覆盖件等大尺寸薄壁物体的工程检测具有重要的应用价值。

英文摘要: The research of three-dimensional measuring and modeling for the large thin-wall objects with high accuracy and high density has great academic value for the theory and technique and broad application prospect in the engineering. In our project, we will implement the 3D measuring and modeling for the large thin-wall objects by constructing an optical measurement network with multiple 3-D sensors. Meanwhile, the key issues for the multi-sensors network measurement are proposed including: (1) the network planning with multi-sensors, (2) the construction of calibration reference in large scale volume, (3) the global calibration of the sensors in the network, (4) the registration and integration of the range data measured by the multi-sensors network, (5) the measurement error analysis and compensation in the measuring network. With the research of this project, it can not only extend the content of 3D digital imaging and modeling extremely, but also produce widespread application value in engineering inspection for the large-scale thin-wall objects, such as large quartz crucible, oil tank, automobile panel, etc.
