中文摘要: 动态在线监测化学反应过程对化学、生命、环境等交叉学科的研究具有重要意义,是分析化学的前沿领域。本项目基于快速化学反应的周期性循环进行,构建循环动态在线分析系统(CDOAS),结合紫外可见光谱、荧光光谱、化学发光、红外拉曼等快速光谱检测技术,发展动态在线分析技术,实时监测化学反应过程产生的信号变化,建立表征化学反应过程的定性定量分析新方法,用于化学反应监控及反应机理研究。CDOAS具有以下优点:自动化实现快速化学反应的周期性进行及信号的动态监测;易于与各种光谱分析技术联用;获得丰富的关于化学反应过程的多维信息;可实时在线监控反应过程,开展化学反应机理的研究;化学反应在系统中进行彻底,绿色环保。研究成果将推动化学、生命、环境等交叉学科的基础研究,为分析质检领域提供快速高效、准确可靠、环境友好的在线分析检测新仪器和新方法。

英文摘要: Dynamic online monitoring of chemical reaction process is of significant importance to the research of interdisciplines including chemistry, bioscience and environmental science etc, which also is a research frontier of analytical chemistry. This project will focus on the development of a Cycliing Dynamic Online Analytical System (CDOAS) that is based on the periodical occurrence of the rapid chemical reaction. The CDOAS can be combined with rapid spectral detection techniques such as UV-visible spectroscopy, fluorescence spectrum, chemiluminiscence, infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy etc., to develop dynamic online analytical techniques for real-time monitoring signals produced by different chemical reaction processes, which can be used for the monitoring of chemical reaction processes and the study of the chemical reaction mechanism. The advantages of DOAS including: It realizes automated control of the periodical occurrence of the rapid chemical reactions and the dynamic monitoring of the signal.It can be easily combined with spectral detection techniques.It can offer more multidimensional information relating to the chemical reaction process. The real-time and online monitoring chemical reaction process in favor of the study of the chemical reaction mechanism.It is a green technology due to the chemical reactions can occur complete in the system. The research results will promote the fundamental research of chemistry, bioscience and environmental science etc., and will provide a fast, efficient, accurate, reliable and environment-friendly new online analytical instruments and analytical methods for analysis and quality inspection.
