中文摘要: 随着城镇化进程的不断加快,流域水文过程和水文规律发生了明显变化,洪涝灾害的发生频率和强度明显加大,水资源、水环境等问题也随之加剧。如何识别城镇化背景下流域水文规律变化和定量评估城镇化的影响亟待探索和研究。本项目以太湖流域为研究区域,开展城镇化背景下流域水文规律变化和定量评估研究,主要内容包括:(1)城镇化进程中流域下垫面及水系变化研究;(2)城镇化进程中流域气候水文要素特性变化研究;(3)城镇化影响流域水文过程的模拟和定量辨识研究;(4)未来城镇化影响水文过程的情景评估和应对研究。项目研究成果一方面可以深化城镇化水文效应的认识,另一方面能够为科学应对城镇化进程对流域防洪安全的不利影响,制订合理的洪水调度策略提供科学依据和技术支撑,同时可为我国平原河网地区的防洪减灾提供借鉴和参考。

英文摘要: With the accelerating of urbanization, obvious changes of hydrological processes and law have taken place in the watershed. The number and intensity of flood is increasing, and the problem of water resource and environment is becoming more and more serious. So, how to identify influence of the urbanization to hydrological law is worth studying. The project takes Taihu Basin as example, to study hydrological law changes of basin under the urbanization and quantitative identification of urbanization. Main content includes:(1) Surface and river system changes in the watershed with the development of urbanization;(2) Climate and hydrological elements change in the watershed with the development of urbanization; (3) Simulation and quantitative identification to the influence of urbanization to hydrological law; (4) Situation assessment of influence of the urbanization to hydrological law in the future. Project research can deepen the understanding of the hydrological effect of urbanization, and provide the scientific basis and technical support to deal with the negative impact of the urbanization, and formulate rational flood scheduling policy. Meanwhile, the project can provide reference to flood control and disaster mitigation in the plain river network region of China.
