中文摘要: 海洋柔性立管在海洋油气生产中应用广泛,其主要功能是将海洋油气资源从深海油井传输到海面上的作业平台中。海洋扰动引起的涡激振动是柔性立管疲劳断裂的主要原因之一,立管一旦发生断裂将带来巨大的环境污染和经济损失。随着人类向深海(大于1000米)资源开发的迈进,开发一套有效的抑制立管涡激振动的控制方法,将对海洋油气资源的安全生产具有重要意义。本项目旨在以海洋柔性立管系统作为研究对象,研究立管系统的振动控制和安装问题,分析立管的动力学特性,提出主动边界控制方法。针对未知海洋扰动,设计一种分布式扰动观测器;结合鲁棒自适应方法设计一种可实现的边界控制策略,并证明系统稳定性;针对柔性立管深水安装中的定位和振动控制问题,设计一种新的协同式边界控制,其控制效果将通过仿真平台进行验证。本项目的研究成果将进一步发展分布式参数系统的边界控制理论,并为实际工程中柔性立管的振动控制提供理论依据和新的设计思路。

英文摘要: The marine flexible riser is widely used as a fluid-conveyed pipe transporting the crude oil, natural gas, hydrocarbon, petroleum materials and other undersea energy resources to the platform in the ocean surface. Due to the ocean disturbances, vortex-induced vibrations (VIV) of the flexible riser can produce premature fatigue problems, which will lead a serious environmental pollution and economical loss. With the increased focus on offshore oil and gas development in deeper and harsher environments (>1000m), it will be significant to develop an effective control method to suppress the vibration of the marine flexible riser for ensuring the safety of the offshore production. The main purpose of the project is to develop advanced strategies for the dynamical analysis, vibration suppression and installation problem of the marine flexible riser system. Active boundary control will be designed and a distributed disturbance observer will be proposed for the unknown ocean disturbance. By investigating the characteristics of the marine flexible riser, boundary control combining with the robust adaptive approaches are presented for the marine flexible riser.
