中文摘要: 延续前期时栅传感器研究基础,针对复杂机电系统提出一种不独立安装位置传感器,而将传感器本体融入到被测量部件中的一种嵌入式位置检测的新方法。利用机电系统中齿轮、齿条、蜗轮、蜗杆、丝杠、轴承、导轨、电机等自身已经具备的机械等分特性(等分齿、等分绕线槽、等分钢球等),使其作为传感器的一部分,再用时钟脉冲作为位移精密测量基准,从而将原有依赖外加位置传感器的机电系统变成自带检测功能的精密机电系统。本方法旨在克服传统位置传感器在测量过程中存在安装困难,系统结构不紧凑,制造成本高,对环境要求苛刻等缺点,通过系统自测的方法,在满足高精度的前提下,显著提高传感部件集成化、智能化和对环境的适应能力,并大大减少整个系统的体积,重量和成本。本申请侧重于研究带检测功能电机的新方法和技术,配合现在已开始进行的带检蜗轮和带检轴承研究工作,共同建立全新的复杂机电系统中的嵌入式位置检测新技术体系。

英文摘要: Aiming at the complex electromechanical system, a new embedded position detection method where the position sensor integrates the measured target is proposed based on the earlier researches. In the proposed method, the independent position sensor is not needed. The gear, the rack, the worm gear, the worm, the screw, the bearing, the guide rail, and the electric motor of the electromechanical system are integrated as parts of the sensor because of their mechanical equal division(such as gears with equal space indexing, wire winding slots with equal space indexing, steel balls with equal space indexing). And the clock pulses are regarded as the measurement standard. In this way, the simple electromechanical system which is depend on the auxiliary position sensor to detect the position can be transformed into the precision electromechanical system with self position detection function without the auxiliary position sensor. The proposed method is to overcome the shortcomings of the installation difficulties, loose system structure, high fabricating cost and extreme requirements on measuring environments for traditional position sensors. In this way, the integration, the intelligence and the adaptive capacity of the sensing parts are greatly improved. As a result, the volume, the weight, and the price of the system are decreased. This project focuses on the new method and technology of electric motor with self position detection function. This project integrates the current research on worm gear with self position detection function and bearing with self position detection function to build a new technology system of embedded position detection for the complex electromechanical system.
