中文摘要: 物联网是我国将要重点发展的战略性新兴产业。由于基于电磁波能量收集技术的无源无线温度传感器具有应用范围广、成本低、寿命长、体积小、环境适应性好和安全性高等众多优点,其在物联网中具有重要的应用价值。本项目拟采用先进的射频模拟集成电路设计理论和设计方法,针对这种传感器芯片中的电磁波能量收集电路和温度传感电路两个关键技术进行探索和研究。项目拟综合运用超高频-直流和直流-直流升压技术以提高电磁波能量收集电路的能量转换效率;拟综合运用时间数字转换技术及模拟数字转换技术实现以电磁波能量工作,具有一定测量精度并可适应较宽电源电压范围的超低功耗CMOS温度传感器芯片。项目的研究将为最终实现可利用电磁波能量工作的无源无线温度传感器积累关键的理论基础和实践经验。

英文摘要: Internet of things is the emerging industries of strategic importance that our country will advance.As the passive wireless temperature sensor based on electromagnetic energy harvesting has many merits such as wide application area, low cost, long life, small size, environment-friendly, high safety,it has important application value for internet of things. This project will adopt advanced design theories and design methods of RF/analog intergrated circuits,to study the two key technologies of the sensor chip. The first technology is the design of the energy harvesting circuits, and the second is the design of temperature sensor.In this project, the RF-DC/DC-DC voltage boosting technique will be applied to increase the energy conversion efficiency of the electromagnetic energy harvesting circuits, furthermore, Time to Digital Conversion/Analog to Digital Conversion techniques will be applied to realize ultra low power CMOS temperature sensor chip that can work using electomagnetic energy with proper temperature precision and can be adapted to wide power supply voltage. The research of the project will accumulate the key theories and experiences of the passive wireless temperature sensor that can work using electromagnetic energy.
