中文摘要: 本项目拟将高温压电材料(LGS和AlN)以薄膜的形式沉积在航空发动机压气机叶片表面,并研制与叶片一体化集成的高温无线无源传感器。通过对集成敏感薄膜材料界面特性、表声波谐振器谐振模式、多参量作用下的传感器信号分析等关键科学问题研究,解决谐振器品质因子的改善、传感器表面质量敏感特性的消除、传感信号的有效提取等关键技术,探索出高温工作的无线无源传感器技术方案,不仅为航空发动机叶片状态检测提供先进传感手段,还为发动机叶片结构健康状态的实时监控提供技术基础。

英文摘要: LGS and AlN Piezoelectric thin films, which can work at high temperature, will be deposited onto the blade of aircraft engine. Battery free wireless sensors based on surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonator will be fabricated. The properties of piezoelectric thin films, the mode of SAW resonator, the design of compact antennas, the performance of the sensor will be studied. The Q-value of the resonators will be improved. The surface mass sensitivity will be diminished. The status of blade will be analyzed. It is expected to explore a route of battery free wireless sensor not only for aircraft engine design, but also for in-situ structure healthy monitoring.
