中文摘要: 快速热作用下带壳含铝炸药热响应,国内外还没有开展过系统的研究工作。快速热作用下带壳含铝炸药热响应包括热点火和随后的燃烧→爆燃→爆轰过程。本课题拟以自研制的快速加热系统(加热时长10s、范围10cm、峰值温度1100℃、温升速率85 ℃/s~95 ℃/s)为基础,建立快速热作用下带壳装药热点火和燃烧→爆燃→爆轰实验系统,解决光纤测试诊断技术,开展带壳含铝炸药热响应实验研究、数值模拟和理论分析。建立完整的快速热作用下带壳炸药热点火→燃烧→爆燃→爆轰过程模型,获得快速热作用下带壳含铝混合炸药热点火和随后剧烈化学反应过程的研究方法。研究结论可用于指导快速热作用下弹药防护和大型毁伤效应工程试验。

英文摘要: To thermal response of aluminized explosives with metal shell at fast thermal effect,general study has not been developed at home and abroad.The thermal response of aluminized explosives with metal shell at fast thermal effect is composed of thermal ignition of explosives and succedent deflagration to detonation. On the base of fast thermal effect system(10s heating time,10cm diameter,1100℃ peak temperature,85℃/s~95℃/s temperature increasing rate), we will develop experimental research, numberical simulation and theoretical analysis about aluminized explosives. Experiment system and fiber technology about thermal response of aluminized explosives with metal shell at fast thermal effect will be developed.The model about thermal response of explosives with metal shell at fast thermal effect will be builded up.The research method about thermal response of explosives with metal shell will be obtained. The research conclusions can be used in protection of ammunition and large-scale damage effect experiment of ammunition at fast thermal effect.
