中文摘要: 生物多样性是人类赖以生存的基础,而目前关于生物多样性的研究大多集中于动物或者植物的独立研究,对不同营养级之间多样性的关系并不清楚。尤其在我国,关于多样性的营养级格局研究几乎未见。本项目以长白山和东灵山这两大理想的研究区域为基地,选择两大指示性生物类群- - 植食性的尺蛾科昆虫和捕食性的步甲科昆虫作为研究对象,通过对两大地区不同植被样地两个科目昆虫、植物群落和环境因子的调查,分析三个不同营养级多样性之间的关系,以及其多样性关系对环境因子的响应。同时建立生态模型,预测生物多样性的未来发展趋势,为生物多样性保护,森林的病虫害防治以及森林生态系统的恢复建设提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Biodiversity is the basis of human survival. While most biodiversity studies to date concern on animal or plant independently, the relationship of biodiversity among different trophic taxa is still not clear. In China particularly, very few studies focus on the biodiversity pattern along trophic levels. This study based on two ideal research areas, Changbai Mountain and Dongling Mountain, selecting two biological indicator groups - the phytophagous species geometrid moths (Lepidoptera: Geometridae) and the predator species ground beetles (Coleoptera: Carabidae). Throughout the investigation of insect groups, plant communities and environmental factors, the study aims to review the relationship of biodiversity among three trophic taxa and how the relationship responses to environmental factors. In addition, ecological models will be established to predict further biodiversity trends in study area, providing theoretical basis for biodiversity conservation, forest pest control and the restoration engineering of forest ecosystems.
