中文摘要: 本项目定位于应用基础研究,研究目标是揭示随机神经网络动力学行为的复杂性,探索神经网络的演化机制和内在规律, 以促进神经网络等相关领域的理论和应用研究的发展。本项目研究内容包括:建立随机延时神经网络的稳定性、有界性、弱吸引子等动力学行为成立或出现的条件;进一步研究随机延时神经网络在具有反应扩散项或脉冲项或Markov转移项时的稳定条件;分析延时、反应扩散项、Markov转移项、随机项以及脉冲项对神经网络动力学行为的影响程度,并通过数值模拟和仿真验证所得理论的正确性。

英文摘要: This project is located in the applied basic research. The research target of this project is to reveal the complexity of dynamical behaviors and explore the evolution mechanism and internal rules of neural network, to promote the development of theoretical and applied research about neural network and other related areas. The project content includes: establishing the conditions ensuring stability, boundedness, weak attractor of stochastic delayed neural networks; further studying the conditions ensuring the stability of stochastic delayed neural networks with reaction-diffusion or impulse or Markovian switching; analyzing the influence of delay, reaction-diffusion, Markovian switching, stochastic term and impulse on neural network; verifying the correctness of the theory through numerical simulation.
