中文摘要: 低碳经济对可再生能源的需求和无线传感网对能量自给的迫切需求都对振动能量收集和存储的研究和发展提出了更高要求。以压电材料为关键部件的压电振动能量收集可将环境中的振动能通过压电效应转化为电能,为低耗能微电子产品提供便携式电能。目前对压电振动能量收集研究的关键是如何有效地增大电能功率输出。在压电能量收集中真正起着核心作用、完成机电耦合转换的是压电陶瓷材料,因此压电材料本身各方面性能的高低、匹配、结构的形式对机电转换效率有着至关重要的影响。本项目以压电材料研究为核心,以提高功率输出为目的,通过研究压电材料能量转换机理,测试和分析材料各种性能参数变化对能量转化效率的影响,建立起压电材料性能参数与能量转换效率之间的相互关系,为材料的制备、选取和能量收集器件的设计、优化提供科学依据;在此基础,通过压电膜的多层结构和器件的鼓状设计,以及阵列的串并联结构的设计,增大振动能量收集的功率输出。

英文摘要: With concerns of renewable and green energy resources, the wasted energy has been proposed to be harvested from ambient environment utilizing the photovoltaic thermoelectric, or piezoelectric effect for portable electronics. Piezoelectric effect is one of the attractive techniques for energy harvesting applications. Because of the nature of directly converting mechanical energy into electric energy, the piezoelectric materials have attracted considerable interest to become an ideal source of energy harvesting. Besides, compared to other similar or different types of materials, the piezoelectric materials can more readily be integrated into a system. In this suty, the piezoelectric materials and the circular diaphragm erergy harvesting device will be fabricated and developed, different factorss on improving the electromechnical coupling efficiency will be considered and optimized. Array of energy harvesting device will also be developed for increasing the output of power. The relation between the parameters of piezoelectric materials and energy harvesting decives will be given.
