中文摘要: 铃薯是世界上第三大消费作物,而晚疫病是一种其极易发生的毁灭性病害,防治晚疫病对保障其产量与品质安全意义重大,因此有必要建立一种快速的诊断晚疫病的方法以便及时预警减少损失。本课题将结合高光谱等诸多领域的理论进行研究,通过光谱技术获取病害信息,探究致病疫霉在发病前的叶片抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素等信息的动态变化规律,建立其高光谱的诊断模型;探究致病霉菌在发病期的叶片表面的光谱和图像等信息的动态变化规律,建立其在病害发生时期的检测方法和诊断模型,建立基于高光谱的晚疫病的定性、定量和特异性诊断模型。建立一种从马铃薯晚疫病光谱及光谱图像信息获取、模式识别、理化-感官特征参数同步提取,快速无损准确检测的新方法,以实现马铃薯晚疫病的早期快速诊断,具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。

英文摘要: The potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is a third largest consumed crop in the world. However, the production of potatoes has been hampered by late blight disease. Therefore, it is necessary that establish a rapid detection method to reduce the loss. We study anti-oxidant enzyme activity, chlorophyll of leaf tissue by hyperspectral imaging technology during incubation stage;and study the surface information of leaf tissue by hyperspectral imaging technology during morbidity stage. The project aims to explore The performance will be confirmed in potato disease diagnosis. Through this non-destructive approach, we plan to establish rapid and sensitive detection techniques of potato late blight that can be easily applied in the field with low costs. Furthermore, the in situ detection methods will be developed for chemical constituents and physiological activity changes during penetration process, which would be helpful for the early, fast and accurate diagnosis of late blight disease. The project would be meaningful for uncover the defense mechanism of late blight. Moreover, the method will provide theoretical and methodological basis for the development of potato late blight spectra and hyperspectral imaging detection equipment, which has important theoretical and practical value.
