中文摘要: 据六普统计,我国流动人口占总人口的16.53%,如此规模巨大的流动人口及其空间集疏过程,迫使城镇体系、城乡结构及社会经济格局发生着重大变化,也导致土地利用结构改变。项目拟以贵州省镇宁县为研究区,开展人口流出为主的农村地区土地利用结构与流动人口关系实证研究。首先应用遥感技术获取2000、2010年的土地利用结构信息,再结合第五、第六次人口普查数据,综合运用GIS时空分析技术及景观指数分析方法,定量分析土地利用结构及其时空变化规律、流动人口时空特征,揭示人口流动与土地利用结构变化之间的作用关系;进一步基于农户问卷调查信息,分析流动人口与农地结构的关系,及人口流动带来的收入改变对未来土地利用结构的潜在影响,研究土地利用结构与流动人口的作用、反馈与适应机制。该研究将为人口与生态环境关系研究提供新的视角,也可为农村土地资源利用、人口管理和服务等相关政策制定提供依据。

英文摘要: According to the sixth national census, the number of floating population has reached 16.53% of the total population in China. Such a huge amount of floating population and its process of spatial agglomeration and diffusion have important impacts on urban system, urban-rural structure and the pattern of social economics, and also affect land use structure. Taking the autonomous county of Zhenning, Guizhou province as the study area, we will carry out an empirical study on land use structure and floating population in the rural areas characterized by outflow population. Firstly, we use remote sensing technique to obtain land use structure in 2000 and 2010, and then with GIS spatial analysis and landscape metrics methods, we quantitatively analyze the spatio-tempral dynamics of land use structure and floating population, and reveal their relationships. Based on household investigation, the relationship between floating population and agricultural land structure will be discussed, and the potential impacts of household income change due to population mobility on future land use structure will be analyzed. The impact, feedback and adaption mechanisms between land use structure and floating population will be revealed.
