中文摘要: "蓄清排浑"是水库实现长期使用的有效调度方法,但与水资源高效利用的矛盾日趋突出。为了提高水资源利用效率,许多研究工作者对动态汛限水位进行了大量的探索与实践,并取得了巨大的效益,但汛限水位调整后,水库能否保持长期使用,既缺乏实际运行经验,理论探索也十分有限。如何在保持水库长期使用的基础上,通过优化调度方式提高水资源的利用效率,迫切需要开展水沙联合优化调度研究。由于泥沙运动对水库效益影响的复杂性及泥沙计算时间尺度与径流调度的巨大差异,泥沙调度目标函数的构建对能否正确反映泥沙对水库效益的影响、提高水沙联调模型寻优效率至关重要。本项目拟在已有水库淤积规律研究的基础上,建立不同水沙条件下水库平衡纵比降与汛限水位动态调度方式的响应关系,构建水沙联合调度目标函数,预期成果可为水库长期高效运行、提高水资源利用效率提供理论依据和技术支撑。

英文摘要: "Storing clear and releasing muddy" is an effective regulating method to achieve the long-term use of reservoirs. But the contradictions between the efficient utilization of water resources and this method are becoming clearer and clearer. In order to improve the utilization efficiency of water, many researchers have made a lot of explorations and practices of dynamical flood control level and also have achieved great benefits. However, as to the question whether the reservoir can use for long after the adjustment of flood control level, both the actual operating experience and the theory study are deficient. As for the issue how to improve the utilization efficiency of water through regulating modes on the basis of the long-term use of reservoirs, it is urgent to undertake the studies on the optimal regulation of water and sediment. Due to the complex impact of sediment movement on the reservoir benefits as well as the tremendous differences between sediment computation time and runoff regulation, establishing objective function for water and sediment regulation is crucial to reflect the impact of sediment on the reservoir benefits and improve the optimization efficiency for water-sediment regulating modes.
