中文摘要: 随着有机场效应晶体管(OFET)研究的快速发展,高分子栅绝缘层材料越来越受到重视,高性能、溶液制备、低温加工的高分子栅绝缘层材料被认为是实现OFET产业化的先决条件之一。近三年来, 可控的低温热交联方法研究取得了比较大的进展, 这些进展为温和地交联精细和容易损坏的高分子体系提供了可靠的途径。交联的高分子材料能形成超薄和致密的薄膜,提高材料的电容特性、化学稳定性和耐溶剂性,交联的高分子绝缘层在OFET器件中表现出好的电容和介电性能。本项目结合近年来高分子热交联研究的最新进展,针对溶液方法制备有机场效应晶体管(OFET)器件的综合要求,通过研究高分子栅绝缘层材料的热交联化学,争取实现高性能、溶液制备、低温加工的高分子栅绝缘层材料。

英文摘要: The research on organic field-effect transistor has progressed rapidly in recent years. More attention has been shifted to gate dielectric materials. High-performance, low-temperature and solution-processed polymer gate dielectrics is now considered a prerequisite to commercialize OFET-based devices. There are significant progresses in the field of controllable, low-temperature, cross-linking chemistry in past three years. New mild reactions have been developed for cross-linking fine and delicate polymer systems. Cross-linked polymers containing network structures have shown improved chemical stability and solvent resistance. Cross-linked polymer insulators have shown higher capacitance and better dielectric properties than uncross-linked polymers. This project will apply the new methods of controllable, low-temperature, cross-linking chemistry in the synthesis and the study of dielectric materials for solution processed flexible OFET devices.
