中文摘要: 多孔凝胶聚合物电解质材料因具有在锂离子电池领域广阔的应用前景而引起了国内外学者的广泛关注,但如何在保持较高的电导率情况下提高多孔凝胶聚合物电解质基体的机械强度一直是该材料发展中的一个难题。共混改性离子导电聚合物是一种比较简单有效的方法。共混物组分间的相容性、两相界面作用与形态控制是聚合物共混材料研究中最关键和核心的问题。本项目拟采用静电纺丝的方法,从PVDF/TPU共混物形态控制出发,从体系热力学驱动力与动力学因素控制两方面着手,研究各种制备条件下得到的PVDF/TPU膜中的两相相互作用特征、复杂相态结构,建立共混型多孔凝胶PVDF/TPU电解质材料的构-效关系,以期制备出兼具高离子导电率与良好机械性能的PVDF/TPU聚合物电解质材料。项目的实施将为新型共混聚合物电解质材料的制备和应用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Microporous gel polymer electrolyte materials have attracted great attentions because of its potential and broad applications in lithium ion batteries field. However, the major difficulty in the practical application and development of such materials is that how to prepare a gel polymer electrolyte material which not only processes high mechanical strength, but also the ionic conductivity is well kept. The blending modification method is one of simple and efficient way for such purposes. In this method, the blending compatibility, interactions between different phases and the morphology control are the key problems. In this proposal, we will adopt the electrospinning method to control the blend morphology of PVDF and TPU. The nature of two-phase interactions and complicated two-phase structure between the PVDF and TPU at different preparation conditions will be studied from both thermodynamic and kinetic aspects. Through these studies, we are aim to establish the structure-function relationship for the blending microporous PVDF/TPU gel electrolyte materials and hence prepare novel microporous PVDF/TPU gel electrolyte material with high ionic conductivity and mechanical strength.
