中文摘要: 采用无齿轮曳引方式的低碳电梯更符合国家节能环保规划的需求,将成为现代高层建筑不可或缺的运载工具,本项目针对新型无齿轮永磁曳引系统的关键科学问题,研究无称重传感器预转矩控制及效率在线优化控制方法,以满足现代电梯对高舒适性和高效率的要求。从揭示无齿轮电梯起动时电磁抱闸释放过程曳引系统复杂非线性动力学特性入手,建立完整的永磁曳引系统机电耦合模型,根据系统起动对乘梯舒适性及控制快速性的多性能要求,提出基于多目标非线性规划搜索的无称重传感器曳引系统起动预转矩控制方法。针对传统电机效率最优控制方法过于依赖损耗模型精确性的问题,提出基于模型预测控制的曳引机效率在线优化控制策略,并依据预测控制综合方法,实现曳引机效率优化控制的在线快速滚动寻优算法及稳定性设计。在此基础上,将永磁曳引机预转矩控制及在线效率优化控制方法形成理论体系,为现代无齿轮电梯曳引系统关键技术建立理论基础。

英文摘要: The low-carbon elevator adopting gearless traction mode is more suitable for the need of national energy saving and environmental protection planing, and it will be an indispensable transportation for modern high-rise buildings in the future. This project commits to the key scientic issues of the new-type permanent magnet traction system. In order to meet the demand for high-comfort and high-efficiency operation of the modern elevators, the weight- sensorless pre-torque control and the online efficiency optimization control method for the permanent magnet traction machine are researched. First of all, the complex nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the gearless traction system during the electromagnetic brake releases is revealed, and the complete electromechanical coupling model of the permanent magnet traction system can be established. According to the multiple control performance including starting comfort and fast response, the pre-torque control method based on multi-objective nonlinear programming searching theory without weight sensor installation is studied. Additionly, in order to resolve the traditional efficiency optimization control method overly dependent on the accurate motor loss model, an online efficiency optimization control of the traction machine based on model predictive control theory is
