中文摘要: 为防治煤自燃国内外目前使用了灌浆、注惰性气体、阻化剂、凝胶和三相泡沫等方法,这些方法存在着稳定性不足、扩散性差或防灭火效果较差等问题。为解决这些问题,利用凝胶泡沫的高扩散性和高稳定性,提出凝胶泡沫防灭火新方法。为提高凝胶泡沫的稳定性和发泡性能,研究凝胶泡沫的形成机理;为提高凝胶泡沫的输送运移能力,研究凝胶泡沫的流体力学特性,建立凝胶泡沫的流体本构方程和大空间堆积的流体力学理论模型,并结合软件模拟和实验研究,研究凝胶泡沫在多孔介质中的渗透性和封堵特性;为提高凝胶泡沫的防灭火性能,研究凝胶泡沫在煤自燃各阶段的形态和性质的变化情况,并研究凝胶泡沫在不同阶段的防灭火机理。通过本项目研究,阐明凝胶泡沫的可靠制备和高效利用的原理与方法,将为凝胶泡沫在煤矿防灭火的应用提供理论指导和科学依据。

英文摘要: The techniques like grouting, inert gases injection, inhibitor injection and gel injection were used to prevent coal spontaneous ignition, but these technologies are in varying degrees by some shortcomings as bad stability, poor flowability, bad performance on fire prevention.The study provides a new type foamed gel which combines the advantages of gel and foam by the exiting mine practical demands and specific applications. The foam formation mechanism will be studied to increase the stability and foaming property. To transmit the foamed gel to the targeted area,the mathematics model of foam’s flowing in the pipeline was also established to calculate the parameters. Behavior of foam solution flow through porous media will be investigated by the sofeware Fluent and experimental research.The plugging of foam will be texted by plugging text system.The theory of foam’s preventing coal spontaneous ignition will be obtained from the analyses for the affections to coal spontaneous ignition. The high inhibit effect of foam will be studied by the inhibit experiments. The study provide theoretic guide and the scientific bases for the application of the foamed gel in coal spontaneous combustion by research the product and efficient use of the foamed gel.
