中文摘要: 本项目提出一种利用压电本征横向驱动机制的大位移新型MEMS驱动器,并对其开发与应用的关键科学与技术问题进行研究。通过研究压电多层膜复合梁的横向驱动力-电耦合效应,建立压电梁横向形变位移、体积形变、压电电荷与横向集中力、电场、弯矩、均布载荷的本构关系,揭示压电梁的横向驱动机制。在此基础上,结合具有位移放大结构的横向MEMS驱动器的制作和测试分析,研究放大机构横向位移和体积形变与压电梁驱动力和电场、外加弯矩和均布载荷的本构关系和运动学特性,探索其横向位移放大的机理,揭示影响其性能的关键因素。该驱动器具有位移大、响应速度快、运动精度和水平度高、工作频带宽等优点,对高性能横向MEMS驱动器的开发与应用具有重要研究意义。

英文摘要: A novel large-displacement MEMS actuator based on the piezoelectric inheren lateral mechanism is promoted and the key scientific and technologic problems in development are investigated. The constitutive relations of lateral displacement, volume displacement, charge and the lateral force, applied voltage, bending moment and uniform load would be built to reveal the lateral driving mechanism by research the coupling of mechanical and electric effects. In addition, the constitutive relations and kinematics of lateral range amplifying structure are also investigated to reveal the amplifying mechanism and the influnces on the properties. Thus, the lateral actuator would have merits of large displacement, fast response time, wide bandwith, high accuracy and horizon, and have large potential in the applications of high-performance actuator.
