中文摘要: 本项目拟以电力系统广域控制为背景,研究具有随机时滞的Hamilton系统的鲁棒控制问题。基于广义Hamilton系统理论和申请人已有的时滞Hamilton系统的研究成果,充分利用Hamilton系统的特有结构和耗散性质,研究随机时滞Hamilton系统的稳定性和控制设计等问题。给出该类系统的扩展LaSalle不变原理、零能量梯度可观测(可检测)条件,并在此基础上提出系统鲁棒可镇定的充分条件或充要条件,为系统设计鲁棒控制器、H∞自适应控制器等;作为应用,将得到的新结果应用于考虑随机和时滞影响的电力系统的稳定控制中,建立系统的随机时滞Hamilton结构,基于Hamilton模型设计电力系统的鲁棒控制器,建立一套基于能量的随机时滞电力系统鲁棒控制设计方案。

英文摘要: With the background of the wide-area control of power systems, the project is to study the robust control of stochastic time-delay Hamiltonian systems. Based on generalized Hamiltonian systems theory and the results that the applicant has already obtained on time-delay Hamiltonian systems, fully utilizing the unique structure and dissipation properties of Hamiltonian systems, the project investigates the stability and control design for the stochastic delay Hamiltonian systems. The LaSalle's invariance principle will be extended, zero-energy gradient observable (detectable) conditions will be concluded as well. On this basis, the sufficent or necessary criterion of robust stabilizability for the systems under consideration will be proposed. Robust controllers and H∞ adaptive controllers, et al, will also be designed one by one. The findings of this project will be applied to the stabilizing control of power systems in consideration of random perturbations and delays. The Hamiltonian structure of the power systems will be established and the robust controllers will be constructed in succession. As a result, the project team build a set of energy-based robust control scheme for stochastic time-delay power systems.
