中文摘要: 城市交通拥堵已经成为制约社会经济可持续发展的重要因素,而交通参与者在交通信息下的不合理路径选择行为会造成拥挤振荡现象。对于智能交通系统研究领域来说,最具挑战的任务之一是准确捕获驾驶员对交通信息的反应,以及交通信息对交通流的动态影响。本项目通过交通调查获取驾驶员在交通信息诱导下的路径选择行为数据,建立准确刻画出行者路径选择行为的理论模型,探讨中国城市路网出行用户路径选择行为特性。在此基础上,针对驾驶员路径选择行为特点建立交通诱导与控制的全局优化模型,制定恰当的路径诱导策略,优化信号控制方案,使路网流量分配趋于交通管理者的需求方向,从而缓解城市交通拥堵。最后采用实际的交通网络进行实证研究,验证本项目提出的理论和方法。基于本项目的研究将有利于推动动态交通分配等基础交通理论的研究和发展,为城市交通信息的发布提供建议,为我国城市交通控制系统的发展和管理水平的提高提供科学依据。

英文摘要: The urban traffic congestion has become the important restriction factor for the sustainable development of social economy. The unreasonable route choice behavior of traveler under the influence of traffic information will cause the oscillation of traffic congestion. One of the challenging tasks of intelligent transportation systems is to capture the drivers' response to information precisely and its dynamic influence on traffic flow. This project will collect data of drivers' route choice behavior under the influence of traffic information through the investigation. The model which could describe the travelers' route choice behavior exactly will be developed and used to explore the character of Chinese travelers. Based on the character of drivers' route choice behavior, the global optimization model which combines the traffic guidance and control will be developed. The route guidance strategy and signal control scheme will be optimized to balance the assignment of traffic flow and relieve the traffic congestion. At last, empirical studies will be conducted by applying our solutions to realistic traffic network to test the theory of this project.
