中文摘要: 供用电双方关联影响日益紧密,为解决装备风-光-柴互补供电系统难以动态适应负荷特性的问题,项目通过建立装备负荷与电源特性关联影响仿真与实验系统,分析分布式电源和负荷关联作用机理,探索负荷特性对供电品质的影响规律,从供用双方关联角度开展系统模态协调与混合控制研究,从而实现互补发电设备的动态优化组合,并提高系统的负荷动态适应能力。研究内容为:(1)装备风-光-柴互补供电工况分析及模型建立。(2)负荷特性与供电品质动态耦合分析及试验验证。(3)基于Hamilton能量函数的系统模态协调机制构建。(4)装备风-光-柴互补供电离散-连续混合控制研究。项目与武器装备试验相结合,通过构建负荷特性与系统供电品质动态耦合模型,开展计及负荷特性的分布式混合控制研究。在设计研制阶段,实现分布式电源与装备负荷结构的有机匹配;在使用维护阶段,实现独立供电系统多模态间平滑无缝切换,从而满足负荷供电品质要求。

英文摘要: Influence of load characteristics on power quality is studied on the simulation platform. Mode coordination and hybrid control are carried out taking into account the load characteristics to solve the problem of dynamic adaptability when hybrid energy supply system applied to equipment. Then a smooth and seamless mode switching is achieved and system load dynamic adaptability is improved. The research content is as following : (1)operating conditions analysis and modeling of hybrid supply power system;(2) load characteristics and power quality associated analysis and experimental verification;(3) constructing modal coordination mechanisms based on Hamiltonian function;(4)researching on discrete/continuous hybrid control technique with wind-solar-diesel power supply system. The equipment load and power characteristics associated impact simulation and experiment platform is build up. The dynamic coupling model between load characteristics and system power quality is established. Then the mode coordination and hybrid control of wind-solar-diesel power supply system is studied considering the load characteristics. Finally, In the design development phase, distributed power equipment and load characteristics matching well; in the maintenance stage, a smooth and seamless mode switching is achieved and the system load
