中文摘要: 黄曲霉毒素、苯并芘等是严重威胁食用植物油消费安全的主要危害因子,针对当前食用油危害因子同步快速分析研究很少,单因子检测效率低等不足,本研究拟在前期已获得黄曲霉毒素单克隆抗体的基础上进一步研制苯并芘等危害因子单克隆抗体,筛选包括纳米金在内的多种纳米信号材料,研究这些抗体与多种纳米信号材料的稳定偶联方法,探索食用植物油样品前处理手段,在现有免疫层析检测技术基础上,建立食用油中黄曲霉毒素、苯并芘等危害因子混合污染同步快速检测平台,实现食用植物油中黄曲霉毒素等危害因子直观、高效、准确、低成本的混合污染因子同步快速检测。本研究是对常规胶体金免疫层析试纸条检测平台的进一步提升,突破了单一信号标记的不足,该方法的建立将为食用植物油真菌毒素等危害因子的分析提供新的思路,为促进免疫学、分析化学、材料学等多学科交叉发展奠定坚实理论基础,为食品植物油安全消费提供关键技术支撑。

英文摘要: Aflatoxins and benzo-pyrene are important contamination factors which lead to threaten to edible vegetable oil consumption safety. There are few existing researches on simultaneous detection harmful factors in edible oils, and the existing detection methods for single factor are not effective enough. Before this research we have got monoclonal antibody with high quality to aflatoxins already, based on these achievements, we will prepare monoclonal antibodies against benzo-pyrene and others contamination factors. New kinds of immune signal particles are also need to be screened for binding monoclonal antibodies. After researches on the conditions for antibodies-signal particle binding and pre-processing of edible oil samples, a new platform for rapid simultaneously detection aflatoxins and benzo-pyrene in edible oils will be established base on the existing immunochromatographic methods. With this method, a rapid, visualized, high-performance, accurate and low-cost simultaneous detection on contamination factors in edible vegetable oil will come true. This study is an upgrade to the conventional colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip detecting method, and it is a breakthrough of the method for single-factor detection.
