中文摘要: 单光子探测、精密光谱测量以及光子与微纳结构的相互作用是当前国际学术界关注的重点,也是单量子态研究中的重要内容,在量子信息、量子计算、高精密测量、微纳光子学等领域有重要的应用前景。通过前期的研究,我们已经取得许多有特色和新意的研究结果,但这些方向仍然存在很多有趣的科学问题值得深入研究。本项目的主要研究内容包括:光子数可分辨的高灵敏单光子探测,高精密光谱测量技术及基本物理常数测量,以及在单量子体系水平研究光子与微纳结构的相互作用和调控光子发射行为等。在单光子探测方面,使Si MPPC探测效率达到同类探测的国际最好水平。建立一套高精密、高灵敏的光腔衰荡光谱测量设备,实现10-6精度的玻尔兹曼常数测量,并探索用于气体温度测量的计量标准应用。建立复合多功能观测平台,并实现观测单个表面等离激元纳米结构与单分子相互作用现象。基于表面等离激元结构探索激射的实现可能。

英文摘要: Single-photon detection, precision spectroscopy and the interactions of photons with micro- and nano-structures have received considerable attention in recent years. They are important research subjects of single quantum states, showing potential applications in quantum information, quantum computing, precision measurement and nanophotonics. In our previous studies of these subjects, we have obtained many interesting results. But there remain still interesting problems needed further in-depth study. The main research subjects of this proposal include ultrasensitive single-photon detection with photon-number countable, techniques of precision spectroscopy and measurements of fundamental physical constants, interactions of photons with micro- and nano-structures at single-quantum-system scales, and manipulations of photon emission. In single-photon detection, we will achieve Si MPPC detectors with the highest performance of the same kinds. We will build an ultrasensitive cavity ring-down spectrometer and conduct the measurement of Boltzmann constant with a precision of 10-6, based on which we will explore its application as a measurement standard in the measurements of gas temperature.
