中文摘要: 研究层状结构物质的量子特性,实验手段为超快光谱。研究层状材料样品的相干态声子的产生和探测,载流子的电荷和自旋的超快动力学过程。研究外加磁场、偏置电压、变温以及改变样品层数等条件下的层状结构物质的相变及相关的量子特性。发展仅对表面界面敏感的非线性超快光谱技术以研究光与层状材料的相互作用。努力获得xy平面随角度而改变的电子-电子散射、电子-声子相互作用的图象。如有可能,进一步理解层状结构物质所具有的共性,特别是深刻的量子物性。

英文摘要: We investigate the quantum properties of layer-structured matters, using ultrafast optical spectroscopy. We investigate the generation and detection of coherent phonons in layered materials and also the ultrafast dynamics of the carrier charges and spins. Particular interest is given to the phase transition, along with other quantum properties, for the layer-structured materials under external magnetic and electric fields, change of temperature, and modification of layer numbers. Specific nonlinear spectroscopy techniques that are sensitive only to surfaces and interfaces will be developed and imployed to investigate the light-matter interaction in layered materials. We aim at abtaining pictures of xy-resolved electron-electron scattering and electron-phonon interaction. If possible we further understand co-existing properties between different layer-structured matters, especially those of intrinsic quantum nature.
