中文摘要: 煤泥水处理是选煤厂正常生产的关键,而目前絮凝剂絮凝能力较弱是直接导致该环节存在问题的主要原因。因此,本项目根据膨润土本身具有的良好吸附性、分散性和触变性等特性,以及磁性核壳可增强对煤泥颗粒絮凝作用、网捕能力等优点,采用溶剂热合法,设计出核壳结构磁性膨润土复合絮凝剂,以达到高效澄清煤泥水,同时所用药剂可回收利用,降低成本。通过SEM、XRD、XPS、PIV、TEM等相关表征手段,结合该絮凝剂的结构及理化性能,从分子科学的角度上出发,系统地研究磁性膨润土絮凝剂与煤泥水微观作用机制,揭示二者之间的絮凝沉降机理,为开发高效处理煤泥水复合高分子絮凝剂提供数据支持和理论依据。

英文摘要: Slime water treatment is a key to regular production. Poor flocculating efficiency is a leading cause of the problems. Thus, in this project, considering that bentonite has some excellent properties such as adsorption, dispersion, thixotropy,and magnetic core-shell enhances the flocculation effects and abilities of arching on the slurry. Bentonite compound flocculant with magnetic core-shell structure is developed by solvent thermal bonding method. These lead to efficiently clarify slime water, recycle floeeulating agent, and reduce cost.Furthermore, through SEM, XRD, XPS, PIV, TEM characterizations, structure and physicochemical propertie of this flocculant are determined, sedimentation behaviors between this flocculant and coal slime are systematically analyzed from molecular aspects。So their flocculating mechanisms are proposed. These results will offer theoretical support for the design and industrial application of the flocculant.
