中文摘要: 滇撒猪配套系是以著名的地方猪种撒坝猪为母本,长白、大白为第一、第二父本育成的三系配套系,具有繁殖力高、肉质好、耐粗饲、适应性强等特点,为地方品种的保护、选育、利用提供了一种行之有效的模式。本项目用高通量富集测序检测基因组的SNP,进而依据现有群体繁殖记录、育肥试验、屠宰试验以及肉质分析,开展下列工作: 1、繁殖性状的全基因组关联分析;2、粗饲料与猪生长发育、胴体组成、肉质间的关系及其遗传机制分析;3、比较基因组学和正向选择信号分析。这些工作旨在揭示滇撒猪种质特性的遗传机制,尤其是在繁殖、生长、耐粗饲、胴体组成及肉质方面,包括关联的SNP、基因、通路、网络等,从而为这种含地方品种、规模小、不适宜采用“大规模测定+BLUP 遗传评估”等常规育种手段进行遗传改良的特殊配套系的保种、选种及选配提供有效手段。该研究将对地方猪种保护及我国未来猪的育种工作奠定必要的基础。

英文摘要: Diansa pigs are three-line hybrid pigs, which have two advantages: (1) the famous indigenous pig breed Saba is taken as its dam line, while Landrace and Yorkshire as the first and terminal sire lines respectively; (2) the pigs have the merits of prolificacy, good meat quality, high ability of roughage utilization and extensive adaption. Due to these advantages, Diansa pigs are recognized an effective model for the protection, breeding and utilization of indigenous pig breeds. This study will perform high-throughput sequencing to detect genome-wide SNPs, investigate the existing reproductive performance records, and carry out a feeding experiment including the carcass and meat analysis. Based on these, the following will be conducted: (1) genome-wide association analysis on reproductive traits; (2) analysis of the association between roughage and pig growth, carcass composition, meat quality as well as its genetic mechanisms; (3) analysis of comparative genomics and the positive selection signal. This study designed to reveal the genetic mechanism of merits of Diansa pigs, including the SNPs, genes, pathways, networks associated with reproduction, growth, roughage utilization, carcass composition and meat quality. The results will provide an effective means for conservation, genetic improvement, selection and mating for hybrid lines with the characteristics such as an indigenous breed is included, the population size is small and it is not appropriate to adopt the conventional breeding method of “performance+BLUP”. The study will also lay a foundation for domestic breed conservation and breeding.
