中文摘要: 海拔是影响植物生长发育、物质代谢、结构和功能等重要的生态因素之一。植物光保护的机制有其形态上的外部机制,也有内部的生理生化保护措施。在特定的环境条件下,某些机制的作用可能是主导的,高光强、低温条件下光合中心功能下调、叶黄素循环以及各种酶系和非酶系的抗氧化系统和调节光能分配是植物的光保护机制的主要组成部分。云南省是高原山区省份,是中国的马铃薯主产区之一。从海拔1000m到海拔3000m的高山区各地保留着丰富多彩的、内地早已难见的地方品种。本项目以云南4个不同海拔区马铃薯品种为研究对象,基于高山海拔地区低温、强光等气候环境条件,研究马铃薯的光合能力及光保护机制,阐明高海拔区马铃薯品种适应特殊环境的光保护机制。本申请项目可为提高作物光合作用能力和光能利用效率提供科学参考依据,可丰富作物高产栽培的基础理论。

英文摘要: Altitude is one of the important ecological factor limiting plant growth and development, material metabolism, structure and function. The mechanism of plant photoprotection has its external mechanism, also have internal physiological and biochemical protective measures. In a specific environment conditions, the role of some mechanism may be dominant. Under high light and low temperature conditions , photosynthetic center function, xanthophyll cycle and various enzyme system and antioxidant system, distribution of light energy are the main photoprotection mechanisms. Yunnan province is a mountain plateau province, is one of China's major potatoes. From an altitude of 1000 m to an altitude of 3000 m high mountain with all kinds of potato varieties. These varieties already are difficult to find in the mainland. In this project , based on the high mountain altitude low temperature, and high light conditions, we will investigate four different potato varieties photosynthetic capacity and photoprotection mechanism , expounds photoprotective mechanism of the potato varieties acclimate to the special environment. This project can provide the imfornation on improving the ability of photosynthesis and light energy utilization efficiency of plans, and can enrich the basic theory of high yield cultivation.
