中文摘要: 本项目以实现可重构制造系统的有效建模与动态重构为主要目标,对基于制造单元的可重构制造系统的模块化建模、死锁分析以及调度优化的理论进行深入研究。将面向对象赋时Petri网技术与制造单元功能块的网络条件/事件系统(NCES)模型相结合,建立面向对象赋时NCES(OTNCES)的动态建模方法;推导制造单元通用复合功能块OTNCES模型以及整个系统模型的死锁检测计算公式,建立模型死锁后OTNCES对象通讯网中内部动态行为及控制逻辑关系的修改规则。在上述可重构制造系统OTNCES模型可达图上,采用制造单元对象子网属性构建启发函数,提出将松弛方法可控地引入到可采纳的A*搜索算法的机制,建立可重构制造系统的快速且结果质量可预先控制的调度策略。该项目研究可为采用多品种、变批量、动态生产方法的企业进行生产线(如食品、制药、机电、化工产品等)的技术革新提供理论、技术和依据。

英文摘要: In order to implement the effective modeling and dynamic reconfiguration of reconfigurable manufacturing system, the theories of modular modeling, deadlock analysis and scheduling optimization of reconfigurable manufacturing system based on manufacturing cells are researched in depth in this project. A dynamic modeling method of object-oriented timed Net-Condition / Event-System (OTNCES) combining object-oriented timed Petri net technology with NCES model of function block of manufacturing cell is proposed. The deadlock detecting formulas for checking the corresponding OTNCES models of the various general composite function blocks in manufacturing cells and the OTNCES model of the complete system are deduced. For OTNCES models at a deadlock, the modification rules of inner dynamic behaviors and control logic in object communication net of OTNCES model are constructed. Based on the above-mentioned OTNCES models of reconfigurable manufacturing system, the admissible heuristic function is constructed based on the attributes of object subnet of manufacturing cell. A fast scheduling strategy with adjustable predictive quality is proposed by introducing controllable relaxing method to admissible A* search algorithm。The researches of this project can provide theory, technology and basis for renovations of product lin
