中文摘要: 冷链行业不仅关乎到工业生产,更与人民群众的生活质量和身体健康息息相关。冷链型企业的原材料采购、产品生产以及配送过程具有不同于一般企业的特征,因此其资源调度问题与经典的调度问题有着明显的区别。本项目首先对冷链型企业的特征进行分析,然后分别研究其中的三类资源调度问题,即考虑原材料采购、考虑产品配送以及同时考虑原材料采购和产品配送的资源调度问题。具体而言,本项目着重考虑原材料不同的变质类型以及不同的配送地域范围、配送方式和配送时段对原材料采购和产品配送的影响,并采用多目标优化、多级建模与优化以及多Agent建模与优化方法,构建相应的优化模型及其算法,从而对企业的原材料采购、产品生产以及产品配送进行多级联合优化,希望能够在丰富供应链及生产调度理论的同时为解决相关冷链型企业的实际资源调度问题提供决策参考依据。

英文摘要: Cold chain industry has close relations with not only industrial production, but also people's life quality and health. The material purchase, products production and transportation process in cold chain enterprises are different from other enterprises, which leads to significant differences between the resource scheduling problems in the cold chain enterprises and classic scheduling problems. In this project, basic features of cold chain enterprises are analyzed firstly, and then resource scheduling problems in it are studied according to three categories, i.e., resource scheduling with the consideration of material purchase, resource scheduling with the considertaion of transportation process, and resource scheduling with the consideration of both material purchase and transportation process. To solve these problems, the influence of different perishablity types of raw materials and various dispatching regions/patterns/time periods on material purchase and products transportation process are investigated.
