中文摘要: 汽车、工程机械、石油化工以及能源等行业的快速发展,对复杂锥齿轮、凸轮轴曲轴、螺杆、叶片等装备制造中一些复杂的核心部件提出了高精度、高可靠性的要求。目前这些部件的精密检测多依赖进口设备完成,但国外企业对设备的一些关键应用技术严格控制。因此研发高水平的复杂型面精密测量系统,为我国装备制造企业提供先进的复杂型面加工质量分析与控制技术手段,打破国外在高端检测技术上的垄断地位,具有重要意义。 项目以三轴光栅扫描测头以及四轴联动装置为载体,对复杂型面七轴四联动精密检测关键技术开展研究。项目采用曲面轮廓度原理对结果加以分析,并研究复杂型面加工质量控制的波纹度与频谱分析方法。同时利用CAD建模技术对误差源影响规律进行分析,并结合静态几何误差建模,以及测头定长形变测量模式的曲面连续仿形扫描技术的研究,解决复杂型面测量的精确路径规划与准确数据采集难题,以保证型面加工质量分析的可靠性与有效性。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of automobile, construction machinery, petrochemical and energy industry, the high precision and reliability are required for the complex key components, such as complex bevel gears, crank shafts, cam shafts, screws and blades. Presently, the inspection of these components can only be implemented by using equipment imported from abroad. However, some core techniques are strictly controlled by foreign companies. Therefore, it is very critical to study and develop high precision measuring system for complex surfaces. And quality analysis and control of parts with complex surfaces can be implemented for equipment manufacturing enterprises. It is also very meaningful to break the monopoly of foreign countries. Based on the three-axis grating scanning probe and four-axis linkage, the key techniques on precision inspection with seven-axis four linkages will be studied systematically. The measured results can be analyzed according to the principle of surface profile. And the waviness and spectrum analysis will be studied for the quality control of parts with complex surfaces.
