中文摘要: 青年科学基金项目5090523结合齿轮啮合与微分几何学理论,研究了多学科变量耦合的双螺杆捏合机型线设计方法,利用包络法建立捏合机转子型线,提出了一种基于离散单元法的转子动力特性计算方法,构建了基于虚拟样机技术的双螺杆捏合机CAD/CAE设计分析系统,设计出一种新型转子型线并完成样机研制;公开发明专利1项,发表和录用论文8篇,SCI收录4篇,EI收录(或刊源)5篇。 本项目拟通过多场耦合作用机理、基于广义泛函理论的转子型线共轭啮合与构型原理、多变量多参数关联规律与转子宏微观形貌反演设计等螺杆转子设计的关键科学问题开展深入而系统的研究,据此研发一种双螺杆捏合机样机并进行实验。深入探讨转子型线设计参数评价指标的定量关联关系表征,揭示多场耦合作用下转子型线泛函反演机理,形成基于广义泛函理论的转子型线设计新理论与新方法。期望在多场耦合作用机理、型线设计理论与方法、新产品研发等方面取得突破性进展。

英文摘要: Combined of gears meshing with the differential geometry theory, the project of youth science foundation supported by NSFC (No.:5090523) studied the profiles design and optimization principles for twin-screw kneaders based on multi-variables coupling method. The configuration principle of the rotor profile of twin-screw kneaders was constructed using by enveloping method. A new calculation method for rotor dynamic characteristics based on distinct element method was proposed. CAD/CAE software of collaborative optimization design based on the virtual prototyping for twin-screw kneaders was constructed and one novel rotor profiles of twin-screw kneader is presented. And the model machine was developed according to the optimum profiles. A patent was applied and opened. Eight papers were published and accepted. And four papers were SCI indexed and five papers were EI(or EI journal source)indexed. In this project, the multi-field coupling mechanism of the screw rotor, conjugated meshing with the configuration principle of the rotor profile based on general functional theory, the relationships of multi-parameter and their inversion design method as well as the performance simulation will be studied.
