中文摘要: 铁基超导体是近年发现的重要的高温超导材料。其中,2010年末出现了一系列新型FeSe基超导材料A'xFe2-ySe2(A'=K,Rb,Cs,Tl),因具有其它铁基超导体不具备的新奇物理性质,引起了超导领域的广泛关注。但由于高温合成的该类样品存在微观超导相分离等难以克服的困难,致使人们对其本征物性的研究难以进行。近期,我们通过液氨插层的手段,发现了一系列可低温合成的FeSe基超导体,为解决这一困境提供了全新的思路。本项目以其中部分代表材料AxFe2Se2(A= Na Ba, Yb)的中低温单晶生长为研究目标,充分利用我们在新型超导体制备和晶体生长方面积累的丰富经验,尝试使用溶剂热及碱金属卤化物助熔剂法,制备出无微观相分离的AxFe2Se2(A= Na, Ba, Yb)单晶样品,为FeSe基高温超导体的研究提供更为理想的实验载体。进而系统研究其结构物性,深入揭示该类铁基超导材料的超导机理。

英文摘要: The iron-based superconductors are the recently discovered high-temperature superconducting materials. Among them, a series of new FeSe-based superconductors A'xFe2-ySe2(A'=K,Rb,Cs,Tl) discovered in 2010 have attracted considerable attention because of their novel physical properties that otherwise not found. However, the existence of microscopic phase separation within these high temperature reacted materials have prevent in depth investigation of the intrinsic properties of these materials. Meanwhile, our recent exploration using low/medium-temperature liquid ammonia routine has lead to a new series of FeSe-based intercalating superconductors, which may serve as a new material platform to resolve this dilemma. Based on our extensive experiences in the new superconductor preparation and crystal growth, our project intent to prepare the single crystal of AxFe2Se2 (A = Na, Ba, Yb) using low temperature alkali metal halide flux method and solvothermal method. The project intent to provide a more ideal experimental platform for the FeSe-based high Tc superconductor investigations, and reveal the superconducting mechanism of such materials.
