中文摘要： 腐败在一些发展中国家呈泛滥之势，这使得反腐制度与政策设计成为这些国家核心发展战略之一。比如：自1996年以来，仅世界银行就支持了多达600项反腐项目；在中国，进行惩治和预防腐败体系建设被作为全党的重大政治任务和全社会的共同责任。 可是，在实证方面，由于腐败行为的隐蔽性与非法性使得它难以通过实地调查来获取高质量数据，无法准确测量微观层面的腐败行为，无法检验反腐制度的反腐效果。研究表明，实验方法是克服腐败测量问题的重要手段。不过，现有反腐实验研究主要在西方文化与制度背景下研究反腐制度的反腐效应。鉴于该研究现状，我们拟建立一个基于行为博弈的官员腐败决策模型，以此揭示影响官员腐败决策的因素。对应于腐败影响因素，本项目以中国MPA学生为被试，结合中央反腐目标，设计符合中国的反腐实验情境，检验高薪养廉、民主与纪检监督、举报与廉政文化等七个反腐制度的反腐效应，为中国的反腐实践提供理论与实证支持。

英文摘要： Corruption is rampant in many countries. As such, anti-corruption policies continue to be a central component of development strategies. For example, since 1996, the World Bank alone has supported more than 600 anti-corruption programs. In China，building system of punishm and prevent from corruption are important political task for the party and responsibility for all. Unfortunately,on the empirical side, by its very nature,Corruption is secretive and illicit.It is difficult to gain high quality data to measure corruption behavior in micro-level by methods of field survey.If we cannot accurately measure corruption, we cannot test effect of anti-corruption institution.Recent decade,research show that experiment method is important tool to solve problem about measurement of corruption.However,most of anti-corruption institution or policy experiment conducted under background of western culture and institution.Based current research situation,we want suggest official decision theoretical model for corruption,which is based on behavioral game, and reveal which factor affecting official making corruption decision.Corresponding to the factor,The research project plan to conduct seven anti-corruption experiment to test anti-corruption insitition design,for instance,high salary policy,democratical and discipline monitoring, whistle- blowing and culture with clean hands.all of the experiments will conduct by MPA student of china,and design for chinese social and insitution enviorment,and for the goal of central government anti-corruption.We hope the result of my research will support anti-corruption theoretical and practice of china.
