中文摘要： 本项目基于中国转型时期的经济社会环境，从信任的视角构建一个理论框架，分析信任影响投资者参与行为的微观基础以及由此而决定的股票市场的发展特征。本项目遵循结构-行为-效率-制度-策略的分析思路，主要研究内容包括以下七个部分：1）构建不同信任水平下投资者对于股票市场预期收益率变动的敏感度差异的理论模型；2）构建信任对于股票市场价格波动和投机性影响的理论模型；3）从理论上分析投资者信任的形成机制及其影响因素；4）关于投资者信任形成机制及其对市场效率影响的实验研究；5）投资者信任状况与影响因素的问卷调查和实证研究；6）关于上市公司注册地的社会信任状况、上市公司违规与股票交易的换手率的实证研究；7）关于投资者信任与股票抗冲击能力关系的实证研究。本项目不仅扩展了投资者行为模式的新领域，丰富了对于中国股票市场发展特征的研究，同时为政府和监管机构相关政策的制定提供理论和实证基础。

英文摘要： Based on the environment of transition economy and society, this project construct a theory framework to analasis the micro foundation of trust affecting investor participation and the features of stock markets development. We construct an analysis framework that is structure(S)-behavior (B)-efficiency (E)-institution (I)-strategy(S). The research mainly includes seven parts: 1) Construct theory models on investors' sensitivity to expected return change of stock markets at different trust levels; 2) Construct theory models of mechanisms through which trust affects speculation and stock markets fluctuations; 3) Theory analyses on formation mechanism and influence factors of investors trust; 4) Experimental research on formation mechanism of investors trust and its effect to markets efficiency; 5) Questionnaire survey and empirical study on the condition and influence factors of Chinese investors trust; 6) Empirical study of social trust condition of listing corporation's registration place, frauds of listing corporations and turnover rate of stocks exchange; 7) Study on the relationship between investors trust and Impact resistance of stocks. This project will not only open up a new frontier in research of investor participation patterns and enrich studies about features of Chinese stock markets, but also will provide for government and regulatory organizations with theoretical and empirical basis to make policies.
