中文摘要： 风险投资的空间行为是指风险投资在资本募集-投资-管理-退出各阶段对空间的认识、感知、甄别、地理优选和空间活动等一系列空间刺激-反应过程。风险投资的空间塑造是指通过风险投资活动对技术空间、智力空间、产业空间和经济空间等地理空间产生的影响和改变。基于创新网络背景，研究风险投资空间行为和空间塑造对于明晰风险投资空间决策过程和空间效果、探索风险投资空间行为规律、促进区域创新都具有重要意义，是风险投资学研究的新视角，也是经济地理学空间行为研究的新内容。项目通过分析和梳理风险投资各阶段空间决策与风险控制、风险回报之间的机理，论证和阐明风险投资空间行为动力机制，构建和提出风险投资空间决策支持体系和决策模型，在此基础上，研究和探索风险投资对各类经济地理空间塑造的作用机制，尝试构建风险投资空间行为理论。本项目预期将丰富和拓展经济地理学研究领域，为学科基础理论创新服务，为政府和企业空间决策提供科学依据。

英文摘要： Venture capital's operation includes four stages: capital raise, investment, management and exit. Its spatial behavior refers to a series of spatial stimulation & response processes of venture capitalists, going with their perceptions, cognitions, and discriminations to space, geographical preferences and relevant spatial activities in each stage. Such a kind of behavior would make important impacts on technological, intellectual, industrial and economic spaces, these profound influences and changes to geographical spaces played by spatial behaviors of VC is called VC's spatial shaping. To study the two topics will be of special interest to make clear VC's spatial decision processes and spatial effects, to search for the spatial behavior rules of VC and to promote regional VC's activities and regional innovations, it is a new research perspective on risk investment, and also a new frontier and new content of spatial behavior study in economic geography. Relying on the analysis of the mechanisms among the spatial decision, risk control and risk return, this study will demonstrate and clarify the dynamic mechanism of VC's spatial behavior, construct and put forward VC's spatial decision support system and decision model.
