中文摘要： 对财务弹性问题全面关注和深入研究，既是公司财务理论研究的一个重要发展趋势，也是中国企业提高生存和发展能力的内在要求。本项目拟以财务弹性存在方式为基础建立指标体系，构建财务弹性指数，解决财务弹性计量问题，并通过数理建模、实证分析等方法，深入研究财务弹性与投资行为、公司价值的关系，检验投资行为是否在财务弹性影响公司价值过程中发挥中介作用，推导出财务弹性影响公司价值的路径模型，量化公司价值对财务弹性的敏感程度，提出旨在提升公司价值的财务弹性管理策略。本项目的研究意义体现在：提出一个针对中国企业的全面、精细的财务弹性测度方法，确定财务弹性影响公司价值的具体路径及关键节点，实现财务弹性的理论研究创新，同时，提出的财务弹性管理策略和建议，不仅可以为我国企业加强财务弹性管理提升公司价值提供支持，也可以被政府宏观管理政策制定所参照。

英文摘要： Financial flexibility is becoming an important branch of corporate finance theory and its importance shouldn't be ignored in chinese corporate management.The Project aims at an in-depth research on financial flexibility by several methods.We focus on the relations among financial flexibity,investment and corporate value.The reseach is organized as fellows:First,we will propose financial flexibity index to measure financial flexibity.Second,we will test whether investment is medi-variable between financial flexibility and Corporate Value. Third,the influence path model of financial flexibility on corporate value will be educed. Subsequently,we will measure sensitivity of financial flexibility to Corporate Value.At the end, some advice will be given to improve corporate value. Purposes of this research include advancing financial flexibility theories and directing corporate and governmental management of financial flexibility.
