中文摘要: 随着Web2.0技术的发展,网络用户逐渐成为企业产品创新知识的来源,但是网络环境的开放性等特征使得企业对网络用户贡献产品创新知识过程的控制性较差,很难引导其生成高质量的产品创新知识。本项目借鉴企业创新平台的实践经验,发现在网络环境中情感对产品创新知识的形成非常重要,以"网络因素-情感-互动-创新"为框架,研究用户生成内容情境下产品创新知识的形成机制。具体来讲,首先以影响网络用户行为的研究和情感形成理论为基础,分析哪些网络因素影响网络用户情感形成;其次采用情感-创新和情感-合作理论研究情感影响产品创新知识形成的路径;然后分析不同的情感特征(情感唤起、情感不一致、情感影响的时间效应)和用户特征、任务特征对情感影响网络用户产品创新知识形成的调节作用。本项目的研究有助于企业营造恰当的网络环境,鉴别恰当的用户和任务类型,有效地利用网络媒介促进网络用户生成高质量的产品创新知识。

英文摘要: With the development of web2.0 technology, network users are gradually becoming a source of product innovation knowledge, but the openness of internet environment makes enterprises find it is hard to control users' contribution process,which results in bad product innovation knowledge. Drawing lessons from the practical experiences of enterprises' innovation platforms, we propose that emotions play an important role in users' product innovation knowledge formation process in internet environment. This project analyzes the product innovation knowledge formation mechanism in User-generated Content contexts with the framework of "Network Factors -Emotions-Interaction-Innovation". Specifically, based on the literatures of network characters and user behavior and emotions formation theories, we first analyze what factors influence network user emotions; then followed the theories of emotion-innovative and emotion-cooperation, we explore the influence path of emotions on product innovation knowledge formation; last we analyze the moderator effect of emotion characteristics(emotional arouse, emotional ambivalence and emotional time effects) and user characters, task types on the relationship of emotion and user product innovative knowledge formation.
