中文摘要: 由于知识创新过程的不可观察性,导致有关创新机理和方法的研究难以建立在科学基础之上,创新理论缺乏有效实施手段。快速变化的网络科技环境与创新需求迫切需要有相应的智能化创新理论与方法支撑,网络信息技术的迅速发展为创新机理科学化研究准备了条件。本项目旨在以中国原创学科可拓学为基础,集成复杂系统理论,采用智能知识管理技术,研究创新过程中知识的完备性及海量知识的智能涌现机理。通过以网络信息资源补充人脑信息知识的不足,以软件平台突破个体思维的局限性,以模拟仿真技术实现创新路径的辅助生成,将在一定程度上破解创新过程的"黑箱"困境,解决创新的信息知识智能协同处理机理问题。对信息网络环境下实现创新过程科学管理理论的突破,丰富知识管理理论、可拓学理论和科学创新方法具有较强的理论意义,对网络信息复杂环境下以科学方法提升管理创新能力,提升企业转型升级的创新绩效具有重要的实践意义。

英文摘要: As the knowledge innovation process may not be observable in a clear way, the study of innovation process and methods can be difficult to be modelled systematically,so there's no effective methods to fulfil the theory of innovation. Network technology environment is changing rapidly and practical innovation makes an urgent requirement for intelligent innovation theory and methods. The rapid development of IT network prepared the conditions for scientific research on innovation mechanism. Based on Extenics, the original subjects of Chinese, and the assistance of theory of complex systems and intelligent knowledge management technology, this project aims at the study of the knowledge reasoning mechanism and knowledge completeness in the innovation process. It can supplement the lack of information and knowledge of the human brain by Network information resources, utilize software platform to break through the limitations of individual thinking, and use simulation technology auxiliary generate innovation path. This will crack the bottleneck of "black box" of the innovation process to a certain extent to solve the problem of the mechanism of intelligent co-processing of innovative information and knowledge.
