中文摘要: 本项目针对电磁推力轴承(MTB)中涡流引起的发热问题,将采用理论与实验相结合的方式,拟对MTB动态特性理论、软磁复合材料(SMCs)研制以及其在MTB中的应用展开研究。本项目将在Maxwell电磁理论基础上,采用有限元及等效磁路分析方法,建立包含涡流效应的有效磁阻模型,并在此模型基础上建立动态电磁力、动态刚度及涡流损耗模型,研究涡流对MTB动态特性的影响规律。为降低涡流对MTB动态特性的影响,基于电磁场理论、断裂力学及材料制备理论,建立结构参数、工艺参数与SMCs电磁性能及强度的量化关系。本项目首次将SMCs应用到MTB中,验证动态特性理论及采用SMCs替代碳钢制造MTB的可能性,为设计高性能MTB提供理论基础和技术支持。本项目瞄准国际能源及环境需求,研究内容对发展我国无油支承技术,特别是应用于国防和民用的高速旋转机械,具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。

英文摘要: Aiming at the heat problem caused by eddy currents in the application of magnetic thrust bearing (MTB), this project will carry out studies on the dynamic characteristics of the MTB, the development of soft magnetic composites (SMCs) and its application by means of combination of theoretical analysis and experimental validation. Taking Maxwell electromagnetic theory, the finite element simulation and magnetic equivalent circuit as the principal methods, the effective reluctance model including the eddy current effect and the models of dynamic electromagnetism, stiffness and eddy current loss will be entered. Therefore the law of the eddy current on the dynamic performance of the MTB will be revealed. To reduce the effect of eddy current on dynamic characteristics of the MTB, the quantitative relationship between the material parameters (structure parameters and technical parameters) and the SMCs properties (electromagnetic properties and mechanical strength) will be established based on electromagnetic theory, fracture mechanics and material preparation theory. The dynamic characteristics and the possibility of MTB made by SMCs instead of carbon-steel materials will be verified, which may provide a theoretical basis and technical support for a high-performance MTB. This research aims at the requirement of international energy and environment, which is very important for the development of the oil-free bearing technology and high speed rotating machines used both in defense and industries in our country.
