中文摘要: 进给系统是影响数控机床精度的关键组成部分,目前我国机床整机及功能部件制造厂在进给系统精度设计过程中多依赖于经验,整体性能不稳定、精度不可控,尤其精度保持性不能满足使用要求。本项目以铣削加工中心进给系统为研究对象,全面考虑多零部件、多因素对进给系统精度的影响,创新地基于耦合建模方法,研究零部件尺寸公差、形位公差、粗糙度以及零部件间的配合精度等对进给系统精度的综合影响机理;通过零部件各项精度元素映射、耦合,建立进给系统静态精度模型,综合考虑机床切削过程中可能产生的力、热、振动等的影响,计算机仿真与试验研究相结合,建立动态精度模型,并进一步建立动静态精度耦合综合模型;研究进给系统精度设计合理性评价体系和评价方法,获得进给系统精度优化设计新方法。研究成果将为我国研制高精度数控机床进给系统提供参考与依据,对提高我国数控机床及功能部件制造厂设计水平具有现实意义,对促进我国机床行业发展具有重要战略意义。

英文摘要: Feed system is one of key components in CNC machine tools, which influences the precision of CNC machine tools. At present, the precision design of feed system always depends on experience in some factories that produce function parts and machine tools, so the whole performance of feed system is not stable and its precision is uncontrollable, especially the stability of precision can not meet the requirements. The project mainly researches the feed system of milling center, and comprehensively considers the effects of the multi-source on the precision of feed system from the perspective of tolerance fitting based on coupling modeling method, which includes dimensional tolerance, geometric tolerance, roughness and fitting precision of components. To be specific, the mechanism of the comprehensive effect on the precision of feed system is analyzed. Static precision model of feed system is established by mapping and coupling of the components precision element. Meanwhile, dynamic precision model is established by considering possible characteristic parameters(such as force, heat and vibration) in the cutting process of machine tools, and the static and dynamic precision coupling model is further established.
