中文摘要: 该项目面向以分布式传感器网络为基础的网络中心战关键技术需求,融合控制、信息、计算等学科交叉知识,研究动态不确定战术移动网络环境下多平台网络化分布式信息流控制的理论和方法。建立适合于战术移动传感器网络的分布式信息融合算法,解决动态随机的网络化通信以及信息的相关性等所造成的分布式估计结果的有效性、一致性和最优性问题;建立网络化环境下分布式信息按需共享的机制和方法,确保在正确的时间、正确的地点向正确的对象提供正确的信息;建立网络化环境下面向信息流的多平台分布式协同决策方法及其收敛性条件,实现信息融合与共享的信息增益极大化,解决能够降低平台之间通信范围和通信频率的方法以及通信拓扑的优化方法。项目旨在解决网络中各平台之间如何通过自主协调的方式实现最优的观测信息、最优的融合信息、最优的共享信息以及为了极大化信息增益应如何选择合适的信息向合适的对象进行传输的问题。

英文摘要: Considering the key technology requirements of networked centric warfare based on distributed sensor network, the theory and method of distributed information flow control for multiple vehicles under dynamic and stochastic tactical communication network are studied. The distributed information fusion algorithms is developed to adapt to the tactical mobile sensor network, and the problem of effectiveness, consistency, and optimization for distributed information fusion due to dynamic networked communication and information dependence are resolved. The mechanism and method of information share according to requirement are presented to provide correct information to correct vehicles at correct time. Cooperative distributed decision making and the convergent conditions are established to maximize the information gain of information fusion and share, and the methods of reducing communication range and frequence, and optimizing communication topology are given. The motivation of project is to implement the optimal information observation, fusion and share by autonomous coordination among the vehicles, and sending the correct information to correct vehicles in order to maximizing information gain.
