中文摘要: 无衍射光束在自由空间中始终保持焦点状态且具有自重建特性,具有独特的用途和广泛的应用领域。然而,因其传播参数取决于光学器件的结构参数,要调整光束无衍射传播参数必须更换新的光学器件,极大地限制了无衍射光束的应用场景,尤其是在微光路中。因此,本项目研究一种参数可电控无衍射微光束的生成原理及其设计、评价理论,具体内容包括:建立无衍射微光束参数电控过程的数学物理模型;分析光束无衍射传播特性参数的影响因素,建立动态无衍射微光束参数变化模型及电极控制策略;研究适用于含参数可控无衍射光束系统的设计、评价方法。通过本项目的研究,得到一种无衍射传播特性可电控的实现方法及含无衍射变换特性的光学系统的设计、评价方法,该方法具有结构紧凑,参数调控范围广、效率高、成本低、易于集成等优点,为无衍射光束在微光学系统中的实际应用奠定基础,进而极大地改善微光学系统的光学性能,具有非常重要的科学意义和巨大的应用价值。

英文摘要: Non-diffracting beam has keep focused state and with self-image characteristics in free space, which have special usefulness and application in widely fields. However, if need to adjust the propagation parameters of non-diffracting beam have to replace new optical element, due to the propagation parameters depends on the structure parameters of optical element, so this greatly limits the application, especial to the micro optics system. So, this project study a kinds of generating principle of propagation parameters can be controlled for realizing non-diffracting micro beam, and propose its design and evaluation methods. The specific content is described as follows: building the mathematical physical model of non-diffracting beam and the electrode control strategy in the process of the electric control, analyzing factors affecting of the propagation characteristic for generating non-diffracting beam, studying the design and evaluation methods of optical system included non-diffracting micro beam. Through this research, obtained a kind of generating non-diffracting micro beam method for realizing the propagation characteristic parameters can be adjusted by electronic control, which for established the foundation of the non-diffracting beam can be apply to improve the optical performance of the micro system, which with merit of compact-sized, wide control range, high efficiency, low cost and easily integrated,has very important scientific meaning and great application value.
