中文摘要: 电纺丝制备陶瓷纳米纤维是最近几年发展起来的一个新的方向。本课题以高灵敏度微型陶瓷传感器为研究目标,利用定向电纺丝技术通过电场和基板设计制备定向排列的纳米氧化物半导体陶瓷纤维。系统研究掺杂对电纺丝纳米陶瓷纤维的半导体特性的影响规律。研究电纺丝工艺参数对陶瓷纳米纤维的形貌与结构的影响。通过在硅基片上蚀刻电极和定向阵列纳米氧化物半导体陶瓷纤维以及后续热处理工艺制备出高灵敏的气敏或光敏等微型传感器。本课题对于纳米陶瓷纤维的应用基础研究和传感器应用有着理论研究价值和良好的实际应用前景。

英文摘要: Electrospinning, or electrostatic field assisted fiber deposition, is a simple and versatile method for preparing ultrathin ceramic fibers with diameters ranging from tens of nanometers to micrometers. This research aim to develop the high sensitive microsensors based on arrayed ceramic nanofibers, using designed electric filed andsubstrate. This research will study the effect of doping on the semiconductive properties of ceramic nanofibers, the effect process of parameters on the morphology and structure. The target is to prepare the high sensitive gas and photo micro-sensors on the Si substrate using arrayed ceramic nanofibers and proper heat treatment process. It is significative for the fundamental research and application in the ceramic nanotech for the sensors.
